The Animal Hospital of Chetek is dedicated to keeping all pets as healthy as possible. To achieve this we have been preaching preventative medicine for years. Performing a comprehensive exam and regular blood tests at least twice a year allows us to find and resolve minor problems before they become major ones.

We realize that the cost of premium veterinary care may at times be prohibitive, which is why we are proud to offer your pet(s) membership in our Healthy Pet Program. The Healthy Pet Program allows you to have an Animal Hospital of Chetek veterinarian examine your pet as often as you wish, as well as a variety of other services and discounts for one low monthly price.

DO NOT Confuse the Healthy Pet Program with pet health insurance. The Healthy Pet Program is NOT pet health insurance. The Healthy Pet Program is a bundled package of services and discounts that your pet will actually use during a 12 month period.

Basic Healthy Pet Program:

• Unlimited Diagnostic Exams
  

•  One vaccination or vaccination series of the following dog vaccines:

          Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Adenovirus/hepatitis, Parainfluenza,

          Bordetella/kennel cough, Lyme, Leptospirosis

•  Or one vaccination or vaccination series of the following cat vaccines:
