Amy is a Certified Veterinary Technician and also our Practice Manager. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point in Biology & Wildlife. She joined the AHC team in January 1998. Amy enjoys every aspect of the outdoors: camping, biking, canoeing, cross country skiing and relaxing on the lakes. She loves bird watching, bug watching, gardening, and spelunking in local underwater caves. She has two Labrador Retrievers named Poke and Paige, one cat named Paisley, and a cockatiel named Tweet.

Amber is a Veterinary Assistant and our Inventory Control Manager. She joined AHC in September 2000.  She attended the University of Wisconsin - Barron County in Rice Lake where she received an Associate of Art and Science degree.  Amber has lived in Rice Lake all her life.  She has two dogs, both black lab mixes Velvet & Jazmin and three cats, Patch, Windsor, and Zena (the Warrior Princess). Amber loves NASCAR, four-wheeling, baseball, and participating in local Cher look-a-like contest (she's been a runner-up three times!). Amber and her husband Tim have 2 daughters Kaylie born August 24th, 2007 and Breanna born October 15th, 2010.

Tishara is a Certified Veterinary Technician and our Patient Services Director. She worked at a local cafe prior to joining the Animal Hospital of Chetek in March of 2002. She loves people and animals so naturally the Animal Hospital of Chetek was a great fit for her. Tishara enjoys horseback riding year round with her horse's Candellaria, Candy for short, Cody & P.B. (Peanut Butter). She also enjoys four wheeling, camping, and motorcycling with her husband in the summer. She enjoys snowmobiling in the winter. In the fall she can be found juggling knives on a unicycle in Downtown Chetek. She has 2 cats, the 7-toed Mojave, and Pogo, her 3-legged wonder. She also has a Labrador named Shelby. Tishara and her husband Titus have a daughter Lilyana born November 6th, 2007.

Amy is our Client Services Representative. She joined the Animal Hospital of Chetek in May 2005. She attended Chippewa Valley Technical College where she received her Administrative Assistant's Associate Degree. She and her husband Brian have a son Shane born March 5th, 2002. Amy has 2 dogs, Shelby, a German Shepherd mix and Sophie, a Miniature Dachshund. She also has a cat named Murray. Amy enjoys camping, four-wheeling, and building perpetual motion machines - some say they defy the laws of thermodynamics, Amy says, "those laws were meant to be broken." 

Mari-Lyn is one of our Kennel Attendants. She joined the Animal Hospital of Chetek in May of 2006. She has 2 cats, Inky and Monster Kitty. Her favorite sports are softball and volleyball. Her favorite pastimes include swimming, fishing, hunting, biking, and playing practical jokes on her fellow employees. Some people believe Mari-Lyn hacked into the staff biographies and gave them ridiculous leisure activities. Mari-Lyn is currently attending the Veterinary Technician program at Globe College in Eau Claire.

Karen is a Certified Veterinary Technician and our groomer. She joined the Animal Hospital in October 2010 after completing an internship here. We loved her so much, we just had to keep her. Karen has two dogs, and two cats. When not a work Karen enjoys playing the guitar, volunteering at her church, and designing synchronized swimming routines. She and her husband Greg welcomed their daughter Aria Ann March 29th, 2011.
